I followed COTM's (Mike's) advice and took my tires to an agricultural-truck type tire place in the country. ALthough the guy was not ecstatic when I told him they were Budd rims (because he could not give the job to his newby understudy), he said no problem and dis-mounted the old and then mounted the new tires himself, I think it was about $15-20 each. Money well spent in my opinion. He did a nice job and did not ding up the rings that I had just painted.
