just sold a 58 D100 sweptside(truck with tailfins) to a private collector for $23K. He wanted a running driving rustfree truck he could just drive around in for now. This same truck probably would have brought $8K on ebay. Best of all his friend wants one as well hmmmm now to find another.
Been offered slightly over $40K for my 46WDX from a private collector back east when complete. Not sure I want to sell it and a long ways to getting it started and completed. He wants it the way it would have come from the factory if he had ordered back in 1946.
