If you need to have them turned, just ask they don't take big bites at a time in turning. You don't want any more off than is needed. Unless the drums are real bad, just re-shoe. The one drum you're having trouble with could be caused by a froozen wheel cylinder. If you have backed off the adjusting bolts, take the inspection plate off and look to see if the shoe has pulled back from the drum. If not, then take the brake line off and unbolt the wheel cylinder so it will all come off with drum. You may need to use a puller and work the shoes out of the drum as you pull or it will bend your brake shoes and shoe clips at the top, but it's the only way with froozen cylinders and a ridge on the drum.
