Got me 230 engine rebuilt for $1100.00

Today I picked up my freshly rebuilt 230 flathead for my 59, W300M. total cost was $1100.00. I think this is a real bargain, and it is less than the rebuild guy had estimated.
I still have to rebuild the carb. and the water pump, but that should be pretty inexpensive.
My plan is to have the 230 all rebuilt and reassenbled, before starting on the truck itself. That should help spread out the cost, so I don't have to take a big hit all at once. After 2 years, it feels good to see some progress.
