The HP in the 361 is only 7 off. But yet, the torque for your 361 is 52 ft/lbs more and a lower RPM. I would believe the 361 would be the wiser choice. Granted, these are textbook numbers so your actual engines are going to be less.
Are both engines in comparable shape? total hours or mileage. Assuming you are using as is and not going through the engine.
