Paul, I'll tell you more about it later, but you can find good information on the Canol (short for Canadian Oil) road in the "Mile Post". The Mile Post is a book covers alot of the roads in the Alaska, Yukon, B.C., and Alberta area. www.milepost.com/ is the web site for the Mile Post. Once there click on "Highways of the North". Then you should find the Canol road listed on the right side. Click on that for info on the Canol road. I'll send you some more info when I email you later this weekend.
