Why do your axles need to be replaced? Can't they be repaired? If they aren't original axles why not just replace them instead of all the work to swap sheet metal and make more headaches? There aren't many 59 W 200s out there as it is so why not try to keep one more as it is? The front axle is a Dana 44 and the rear was a Corporate full floating axle but a Dana 60 could be used for replacement. What shape is the rest of your truck in?
