my 6hp 30 gal air compressor did ok with a 10 gal pot sand blaster, the problem I continued to have was moisture clogging the sandblast tip. my experence once the sanbdlasting is done, next epoxy primer, more sanding ,,body filler, primer, more sanding ( wet ). I started with 220 grit, and once I got the body the way I wanted it, sanded with 400 grit.
I just finished painting my 49 FFPW this past weekend, I have some pictures to post in a day or so.
Its a good fun project, it will keep ypu busy and off the streets for awhile.
