hello:

What size truck is this? I used to have a '74 IHC 200 4X4. It was a good stout workhorse. Parts can be found, expecially drivetrain parts. Brake rotors for disk brake trucks are very challenging to find. The engine parts can be found quite easily...BUT, dont expect to go to Autozone to get the right parts, go to a Jobber, like Carquest, NAPA, Etc. Also, if you go to get tune up parts, make sure you know the make of distributor. Some years on IHC V8's they used up to 5 different distribbutors for the same engine! As for the 4 speed, it is probably either a Warner T-18, maybe a T-19, so trans parts should be easy enuff to find. The Transfer case should be a NP205 Divorced, with Dana axles. Also, do yourself a huge favor, pull the glovebox out, and see if it has the build code tag. That tag is worth gold with the truck. It is very helpful to get parts with. Enjoy the truck. They are super stout, and tuff, but love to drink fuel, and dont go very fast (Hmm...sorta like the POWER WAGONS) we love! Good luck!
