I saw this near me - dark green 1978 D200 (3/4 ton 4x2) truck that is rust free except above the rear wheelwells. Very good light blue interior with original driver's seat having a few cracks in the vinyl. I know it has a V8 and auto trans. I do not know which engine - from the underside it does not appear to have had any oil leaks. The owner has skinny stock tires on it - so it likely has been adult owned through its life. Glass looked good - so likely garaged too.
This would make a nice work or tow truck.
