I am the benficiary of two images from that esteemed Scotsman Gordon.W.I. McMillan that show two original mounts. The rears are donut shaped and about 1/2" to 1" thick depending on whether we're talking compressed or not. The fronts are 3" square blocks and ? for thickness. I'm sure if pressed Gordon would go measure. I'd be happy to send the images to whoever wants a copy; just drop me a line. As for us we found a local rubber products company that had some round 3" dia stock with a 5/8" hole in the center so for simplicity we had them cut 2 1" thick and 2 3" thick pieces. Cost was $35 (USD) which was a buck cheaper than mail order and they are one piece rather than a stack of things. Will be trying them on Friday.
