It is sad when you are held over a barrel by the parts dealers. They know that you are a captive buyer and they DO NOT have to offer "customer service" because, hey, were else are you going to get that part anyways!!!
It is also sad that there is not a place to warn others, Like Tim who has never heard of Frank, from having to find out for themselves, and possible loosing money, time and faith in the hobby, along the way. There are some really good parts dealers out there and then there are the crooks. So buyer beware!!!!
I would love to place an email address but the last time I did I was overwhelmed with stories about parts dealers, both good and bad, parts applications, advice, and just plain dumb questions. I feel that if someone spends the time to write me I should answer them, even if the question is dumb, but I do not have the time to reply to over 1000 emails a week.
