{{DOES ANYONE MAKE THE GAUGES FOR A 49 B1 ALREADY CONVERTED TO A 12 VOLT SET-UP, OR IS IT EVEN NECESSARY TO MAKE THIS CONVERSION WHEN GOING TO 12V. ALSO ANYONE KNOW WHAT COME IN A "INT KIT BLK FOR PW" 41-68 $179.50 , FROM ROBERTS MOTOR PARTS AND IS IT NOS OR REPRODUCTION AND WHAT KIND OF QUALITY IT IS. THANKS }}

Most of the gauges are mechanical and don't need to be changed. Just the light bulbs. The one exception is the fuel gauge. You can add a voltage reducer to your old one from J.C. Whitney for about $15-20. If you're changing polarity though, you'll need to reverse the wiring on the ammeter gauge or it will show discharge when it's charging.
