I did check his feedback and here it is:

607 Positive comments
8 Neutrals
17 Negatives

I did not read through all 632 comments but all of the positives seemed to be complimenting his fast shipping, quality items, and courteous treatment. What a CURSE to be branded with such a reputation! I went back through several pages and didn't find the negatives, they may have been farther back than I read. But the neutral I did find was because he didn't post a feedback on the buyer quick enough.
From what I have learned from selling a couple of hundred items or so on ebay is most people don't leave feedback. In my experience it seems like only 1/3 to 1/2 of the happy customers leave feedback. One thing for sure is they will leave feedback if they are not happy. I had a fellow that I made an error and shipped him the wrong item. He immediately went and posted a negative feedback. I happened to see it and contacted him, he explained the problem and I shipped out the corect item. He said he would not have contacted me because he thought I "cheated" him on purpose. He recieved a more expensive item in error, which he kept, and also the item he bid on. But I still have a negative feedback.
Bottom line, I would be proud to have a feedback of 472!!!
