Missed the line about the top. The top and Bow setup I bought from Beachwood cost me around $1300 by the time I assembled them and tacked in everything, etc. This makes that NEW top you describe that much more valuable.
Revise my estimate, offer around $2500 as a start. Do you think they could get more locally? or that they will EVER assemble it? Likely they will seek top dollar (obviously Pop's truck didn't mean THAT much to them, only the money counts now), so if you factor greed in they may push to 5k, but gently remind them of the task ahead....
