The oil is easy to check 'cause it's all on the outside. But seriously oil level was good. It doesn't sound to me like a bearing problem. It's a hwckety type noise that varies with the trucks speed. It's worse under heavy accelleration. I was thinking U-joint but they seem to be okay. I have more trouble shooting to do .
