I bought one from Tarps.com and it ok 20x40. Tarps last about 2 years(they said 5). I had it fastened down but the wind this year destroyed the poles. I'm going to the metal carport type ($695.00 here in SC for 18'x21'). I have a 10x20 from Northerntool.com about 5 years old and original tarp. Definitely a better tarp than tarps.com.
