Jerry, I still own a mid 50's L-190 2 ton series with a Red diamond engine. My dad and his brothers bought it from the Atomic Energy Commission surplus from the AEC site in the Idaho desert. It may even glow in the dark. I did own a 1970's 1600 series 2 ton, best fuel economy I have ever seen, but the engine had to be replaced every so often. I remember going to the parts house, and you did not even think of going without the Poop Sheet. In the 70's, my neighbor ordered 2 - 10 wheelers at the same time, and I'll be darned, they had differant transmissions with differant shift patterns. Tom
