two things for sure
1. a car dealership brings more tax revenue
into a city than almost any other type of
business and citys will go out of their way
to attract them.
2. any car dealership that has been on the
same location for over 40 years is probably
a toxic waste site. So perhaps it was in the
best interests of the dealership to sell rather than to have to pay to clean up the
site.
