OT: M38A1 Jeep Motor Oil Question

Hi,
I am going to change the oil in my M38A1 Jeep for the first since I have owned it. Does anyone know how many quarts it takes and what weight should I use? I am so used to my W300's I not sure what to do with this little thing. Any help would be great.
