I often wondered about that and even remember ads in the backs of magazines in the 70's where you could send away for a catalog.
I wondered exactly how they would come. It would have to be a large crate just to hold the frame, so the jeeps must have been mostly put together anyway, except for tires for instance. Who knows, it seems like it would be a fun little vintage project anyway.
