I have a big utility company winch, made by "Highway Trailer Co." Its mounted on the front of a Power Wagon. Includes the winch, and driveshaft. PTO is available seperatly. The winch is complete, including the engage / disengage lever assembly. There is no cable on the winch. I can bring it to either the Maine or the West Virginia Rally. You can also have the non original front bumper that it is attached to if you want, FREE!! Pictures on request.
