as jonas thinks the sidewalls may be weak
you might want to run them by a MICHELIN
Heavy truck tire shop and have them inspected
by a truck tire specialist
you might also see if they have a load/inflation chart for the tires & if so
perhaps they could make you a copy
the chart will show different axle loads/terrain types/permissable speeds/air pressures to use
you can mount them on 6.5H16 pw wheels
but you will need to get tubes & flaps
