OTM (now COTM) never said 11.00x16 michelin
were not correct for 6.5x16 rims
the michelin tech book shows the 6.50h16 as the correct wheel for the 11.00x16 tire
one of the reasons the michelins might be surplused is that the life of a michelin tire is 6 years (week and year are on the tire) check there site regards warranty
