Thanks for the explanation. That all makes perfect sense to me. For all I know, I might have had your parents number wrong and left the messages on somebody else's answering machine. I'm sorry I couldn't see you when I went up there. I didn't want to go poking around too much on somebody else's property without them knowing I was coming. Did you get that old PW that said "Arthur's Garbage" on the door? That was what first caught my eye. I must say I was kind of put off by the terra-cotta lions on the fancy new gate posts. That and all the new "Arthur's" rigs I see around town. Made me think the kids were burning through their inheritance pretty fast. Anyway, is the guy reasonable enough to deal with that I could just go up and look? Is there any stuff still there that you want? I'm sorry to hear he wasn't dealing square with you. There's a lot more to the garbage story in this county than you probably want to know, but suffice it to say that some things have been going on that don't look quite right to me.
