Hey gear heads,
Does anyone out there have a favorite way of removing the timing chain and gears on a 230. The factory manual is rather vague. I'm in the middle of a tear down to replace a broken lifter.
Also, what are the dimensions of a standard rod bearing (journal) on a 230 crank. I'm thinking of throwing in a set of rod bearingd while i'm in here. I want to mic the crank, but none of my books actually give the dimensions.
