They made a deliver attempt yesterday and left me the tag. Called the 800 to get them to hold it at the depot, but the automated voice said I had to to that online. After spending nearly 10 minutes to find the web page for setting up the redirect, I checked it twice to make sure it went through. Stopped at UPS around 10am today, was first told they had to go in the back and look for my package. I knew I was in trouble. After 15 minutes, the lady came back and said it was on the the truck. Her solution was for me to get the truck location from her and have me chase after the truck to get my delivery. Now that's what I call customer service! So the other option is for me to drive back down to the depot (25 minutes one way) between 7pm - 8pm tonight to get my package. Any UPS supervisors on the forum?
