I don't have any experience with POR but I agree with Doc and would use a single stage urethane. Dupont pushes their Variprime self etching instead of Epoxy so I sandblasted the frame and sprayed it with Variprime (pictured). After it flashed I then sprayed a black sealer to give the paint a better base and reduce chipping before going over it with a SS Urethane. It is hard, shines and can be easily touched up.
