drain the standard 90 weight and replace with the Slick-50 gear oil.
it really helps! I did this when my brand new rear was so hot it just seemed way too hot. Same with a brand new NOS trnasfercase I installed. Both very hot after a long drive.
the slick 50 really helped reduce the heat.
