transmission swap

i have a 1963 w200 with a 318/420 4-speed tranny, with 4:88, r/p, with this transmssion and gear ratio it is making the engine work too hard on the freeway.

i would like to put a 5-speed tranny in this truck, if anyone has any ideas on what would work with this set-up, please let me know. thank you, ernie
