Aermore exhaust horn

Does anyone have any info or knowledge of this style horn? I searched Google and ebay and found very little information.
I was at the folks house in the Berkshires and the neighbor has one on his old Ford truck, he always seems to let it fly at the perfect time, at a distance so you know he's comming. I need one for my Power Wagon.
