The WD-15 (2wd 3/4 ton) also used the same number engine.
If you get me the numbers after the T112 I can look in my spreadsheet, and see if I can give you an idea of the year the engine was made.
The 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton 2wd trucks did not get a 230ci engine until 1954, everything between 1942 and 1954 was a 218ci in the 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks.
Prior to 1942 the engines in the 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton were 201ci, and less, depending on how far back you go.
