It takes a lot of big tooling to stamp those parts, so even a different side body style MAY have used the same lift/tail gate. (Acme tailgate stamping Co.?) Just from pics, the Chevy 50-54 (?) Burb looks a lot like em, but I doubt it. too easy. But any rare style might double the possibilities.
