Dave, I did this a few months ago. The screw size is 10-32. Don't worry about the side screws-- just drill them deep enough to split the frames apart. The square barstock inside will be so rusty as to be unusable. I made mine from stainless. Drill the heads off the rest of the screws so you can get the frame apart. You can now soak the back side of the screw and use an ez-out to remove them.I had new laminated glass panels made in a tint. Don't try to use the bedding tape origanally used-- ask the glass company for a replacement-- newer in this case is ALOT better. If you have any problems, I'll help all I can.
