I have seen a few local farm trucks with things like that done, but you are looking for death and destruction. When I used to work in a tire shop, Id get a clown come in once in a while wanting me to put A 16.5 on a 16 inch rim or vice-versa and Id tell him no. He'd get sorta ornery with me about it, but id rather argue with a customer than to either get killed doing it, or have him get killed.
