Carryall rear door frame is now welded back to square

Or close enough to square . Stupid welder decides to do the swiss cheeze number on me. So I ground out the messy welds and redid them- no problems the second time. I am pretty sure it was contaminents on the metal- I had it clean but not super shiny rust free clean.
Why can you weld dirty metal one day and get a clean weld but on another day the metal boils and looks like foam ???

No drive train yet , but I am looking darn hard. There is lots of sheet metal work to do but I want my drive train done by Christmas if not 6 months sooner.

I gotta call Dave about those axles.
