Google Images or some "Paint" or photo program?

Try Google images- go to Google, click on 'images' above the window, type in "TWO TONE" and "chrysler" or any car you can think of. I'm going to do my 53 FFPW in lite and dark green instead of black, but maybe lite top, dark sides and bed and lite fenders, dark running boards? Maybe it's time for me to learn some kind of photo or 'paint' program? Do a virtual model? Any reccommendations?
