do what the DMV asks and do not get mad at or complain to the clerks or you will never get any titles they are just following the laws in the Golden State
I went through the process in Nevada
(for my 52 only had bill of sale) and yes there was a lot of paper work but when
i completed it i got the title
took me about 8mos from start to finish as I was in no hurry and had to get forms returned from 7 states (send them form along with 5 bucks or so)
