Oil filter hose

Gents,

Here is a picture of a rubber hose used on my external oil filter (not the deluxe one).

It is a 12" long hose with a fixed 1/8" flare fitting at one end and a swivel one (seen broken in the picture) at the other end.

Can anyone tell me if these are still available and if so from an auto part store, what would be the catalog number?

I have seen this type of filter use coper tubing but the vibration worries me.

Some use brass fittings, rubber hoses and clamps. When doing this do you use normal fuel hose (rated at 50PSI) or thicker fuel injector hose (100-150PSI)?
