bent wheel is #2 on his list
and checking runout you can / you did do
yourself
a lot of these trucks had a hard life and the
wheels took a beating
they (Budd split rim) are a lot stronger than 1 piece wheels which spring/bend very easily especially with the PW/WC offsets
but they can get sprung also so one usually checks all wheels putting the best 2 on the front next best to the rear & worst to the spare
now you are ready to have some enjoyment
