easiest fast way is to use an old (or new)
bubble balancer most old time tire shops have one in the back room somewhere
take your drum weights with you
you will need to mark where they go and then
tack weld in place
brake drum balance is not really an issue on
these trucks as the tire and wheel assembly is about 60kg or so and that is where your balance problems will come from
in my "Old Tire Man" days i would use a bubble balancer when assembling tires/wheels
on special vehicles
put each wheel on the balancer - mark heavy spot and note amount of weight required to balance & then with a special jig i made do the same with each tire
match & offset so the amount of weight required to balance the assembly was the least possible
note this only takes care of static imbalance
not dynamic
