Where are you located? Randys ring and pinion in Everett, WA (they are on the interner and every 4x4 mag out there) have all the stuff for the 4.56 gears and the locker. You can use a lock-rite, or detroit or even a ARB air locker.
I'm putting a set of axles from a M135 6x6 in the M715, which will allow me to run 12.00-20 (44.5" diameter!) Michelin XML tires I've been saving for a rainy day. I'm not looking for a pile of money for them, just whatever seems reasonable. I need to buy a set of IHC hubs from Dave in AK and the sale of the axles would help out with that.
