what do you mean by "shimmy" ?
steering wheel moves back and forth ?
sometimes wheels are balanced on the vehicle and taking them off and not marking the stud location will result in an imbalance situation when they are re-installed
did you get the drum retaining screws all seated in properly so the heads are below the surface if one is high the wheel will not be flush and and will cause a problem
if the "shimmy" is when you apply the brakes that would indicate a problem with your brake
