Hi Dan -
I put my hand on it and felt it running.
I have not tried to crack loose any injectors, as I am waiting for the new lift pump to come in.
I am pretty good at bleeding thew air out of my Perkins powered W300s, after cahisng air leak gremlins. I wish the newish Cummins had a manual pump to operate by hand such as the Perkins 6.354.
