Worked fine, they come in 2 lengths. Long one is 120 inch? Comes with a little crimper tool, use a vise or vise grips to squash things.

But a real Mexicaneer fixed the casing on my FFPW. He used rear sections of 2 housings, one screwed into the tranny, the other backwards and screwed into the speedo. Cut to correct length, tape end to end,then use a generic full length core.

For longevity, cables should be minimally strapped down, and with largest radius curves. Lesser contortion is besser. Put the cable in, let it find it's own course, then tie it away from exhaust heat and abrasion.
