I believe they will, but I have no direct experience. The major differences were the shift tower, reverse shift fork, and rails. Probably more small differences that I am not aware of. Dave at DC Trucks is an expert on this stuff and very helpful. I do not have his info handy, but I think if you search "power wagon" or "dodge power wagon" you should find his site. Has very nice power wagon on home page.
