You may have to shift the forms around till the load is ballanced right. I moved my ball about 4 inches in front of the axle center to put some weight on the front tires also. I know on my flat bed bumper pull, it pulls a truck better if I back it on and put more weight on the axles and less on the hitch. I just watch the hitch as I load to see how much it drops. Mark H.
