I went thru that with my neighbor who rents. she had a mazda with a blown engine. her landlord wanted it gone after sitting in their yard for 2 years. She gave me the sob story on how its worth money and she wants to donate it to charity. but she didn't have the title yet it sat in my yard for 18 months before we picked up the front with the bob cat and put it back in her yard. It was gone 2 weeks later.
