Yes.I use the same carb as the International I have and it bolts right up. No fuss at all. On the M-37 I use an M-38 air cleaner bolted to the firewall and a 90 degree elbo on the carb. Most of these carbs have an adjustable main jet installed and are very reliable with good fuel milage.
