318 is more common. People not knowing about the Mopor universal pilot bearings (roller or bronze bushing) think they need a crank drilled for a pilot bearing to use a manual trans and fewer 360's came with manual transmisisons/pilot bearing drilled cranks. A 318 would be a little easier to keep cool too.
